She has extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative - a qual/quant integration “ninja” infusing data with humanity to create empathy and understanding of your customers. A deep thinker, Jill is an inspiring collaborator with a charismatic and engaging style.

In her early career she co-founded a digital content start-up partnering with Adobe. She spent 7 years at HP and HPE as a market insight specialist with regional and global roles. Jill has run her own Market Research and Strategy Agency since 2016.

Deepa Iyengar

Deepa is a dynamic researcher and charismatic leader who inspires excellence with empathy and penetrating intelligence. With over 20 years of global experience in both qualitative and quantitative, she has worked on every type of project you can think of including product development, brand strategy, competitive analysis, shopper insights, communications testing and tracking, consumer journey and UX.

In addition to being part of Brighter Collective, Deepa is an AI entrepreneur and co-founder of InnerSights specializing in Ai-powered tools and platforms for insight mining.

She’s had leadership roles at Ipsos & GfK and worked on major brands including Google, Meta, Netflix, YouTube, Visa, American Express & Fidelity. A cultural anthropologist and multicultural expert, she brings a unique global audience perspective. A “citizen of the world”, she has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and North America.
