DEMI© is an in-survey, AI chat-bot that conducts mini “moderated” interviews with your online survey respondents. She collects real-time, open ended responses with follow on probes while the participant completes the survey. DEMI© was developed in collaboration with Listen Labs and career market research specialists led by our own Dean Mako.
DEMI probes in real-time, capturing rich, emotional sentiment. She can use answers provided by respondents to dig deeper into relevant topics, or you can customize the exact questions she will ask. Her avatar appearance can be customized to suit your audience.
